Resources ACELS - Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of ACELS. This role will be under the guidance of the ACYA National Executive.
Resources ACELS - Communications Director The Communications Director is responsible for managing the internal and external communications for ACELS, including organising ACELS marketing and advertising in the lead-up to and during the summit.
Resources ACELS - Delegates Director The Delegates Director is responsible for overseeing the application process of ACELS, ensuring a diverse range of delegates are selected who can bring value and contribute to discussions.
Resources ACELS - Logistics Director The Logistics Director is responsible for ensuring that ACELS progresses smoothly, through organising and coordinating the day-to-day running of the conference.
Resources ACELS - Content Director The Content Director is responsible for playing a leading role in creating, designing and curating the content of ACELS.
ACYA - Women’s Network Officer ACYA Women's Network Manager is appointed by the ACYA National Executive Team and is responsible for the operation of the ACYA Women's Network.
ACYA - Translations Officer The translations officer will work with the Translations Director to translate materials for the ACYA website, social media platforms, publications, newsletters and other miscellaneous documents.
ACYA - Publications Officer Publications Officers are primarily responsible for assisting the Publications Director in managing ACYA’s publications, including monthly newsletter, articles for the ACYA website and other writing pieces
ACYA - Partnerships Officer The Partnerships Officer will assist the Partnerships Manager in the fostering and proactive development of both existing and potential future partnerships of ACYA.
ACYA - People-to-People Officer The People-to-People (P2P) Officer will assist the P2P Director in overseeing and managing ACYA’s social partnerships, events and operations in line with organisational strategies and policies.
ACYA - Media Officer Media Officers are primarily responsible for the execution of ACYA’s social media presence on English and Chinese language social media platforms.
ACYA - IT Officer The IT officer assists the IT Director in tech support, website maintenance, and user administration.
ACYA - Education Officer The Education Officer will assist the Education Director in overseeing and managing ACYA’s education-focused partnerships and associated operations, in line with organisational strategies and policies.
ACYA - Careers Officer The Careers Team secures and promotes internships and other career related opportunities, while also developing job-readiness through events and initiatives for ACYA members.
